Project Introduction

TK Business Group is providing end to end Works Authorisation Deed (WAD) assistance for the Aeris Resources Constellation Project, supporting the delivery of Transport for NSW approval requirements associated with the proposed development. The project involves coordinating stakeholders, reviewing technical documentation, and managing the WAD process through to approval.

Project Background

Aeris Resources engaged TK Business Group to provide project management and technical advisory services throughout the WAD process for the Constellation Project at Girilambone, NSW. Working closely with the client, intersection designers, and Transport for NSW stakeholders, TK Business Group has facilitated design reviews, coordinated technical inputs, and managed submission documentation to support the progression of the WAD application.

Project Scope

TK Business Group has provided comprehensive WAD support throughout the project, including reviewing intersection concept designs, undertaking a concept design road audit, preparing a Corrective Action Plan (CAP), coordinating design comments with the project designer, compiling submission documentation, and preparing the WAD cover letter for submission. The team has also managed client coordination and ongoing liaison with Transport for NSW to facilitate the approval process.
