Project Introduction
TK Business Group (TKBG) was engaged by Doolan Company to prepare and support a National Prequalification System (NPS) application for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction. The engagement focused on developing a complete and compliant R1 submission in accordance with Transport for NSW NPS requirements.
Project Background
Doolan Company sought to obtain prequalification under the Transport for NSW National Prequalification System to support participation in future civil infrastructure projects. To achieve this, Doolan required specialist support to prepare structured documentation, demonstrate organisational capability, and present a compliant and professionally formatted submission.
TK Business Group was requested to provide a fee proposal and subsequently deliver end-to-end support for the preparation, coordination, and submission of the NPS application.
