Project Introduction
TK Business Group has been appointed to provide Project Verification services for a major mixed-use development located on Pacific Highway, Chatswood. The appointment reflects TK Business Group’s ongoing role in supporting compliant, safe, and technically robust infrastructure outcomes within Sydney’s metropolitan area.
Project Background
The project forms part of a significant mixed-use development within a highly constrained urban environment along a key arterial corridor. Due to the project’s interface with Transport for NSW (TfNSW) assets, independent project verification is required under the TfNSW Works Authorisation Deed (WAD) framework to ensure all works meet applicable safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
TK Business Group was appointed by Ultra Building Co to act as Project Verifier throughout the design and construction phases.
Project Scope
As Project Verifier, TK Business Group is responsible for reviewing, assessing, and certifying key design and construction documentation to confirm compliance with TfNSW standards and approved conditions. The scope includes ongoing monitoring of on-site works to verify conformance with approved plans and technical requirements.
TK Business Group is providing verification services from design development through to construction completion, including review of external civil and stormwater design documentation associated with the TfNSW asset interface.
